Bullets to graphics … the starting point

Audiences prefer highly visual presentations, so bulleted lists need to be converted to graphics. But simply converting a bulleted list to a graphic format isn't enough: the structure of the list has a direct result on the quality of the graphic.

Poor way to construct a list

OurCo helps companies raise presentation quality. Today we will discuss the following.

  • How to find the improvement opportunities

Better way to construct a list (and graphic)

As you develop lists in presentations, make sure that the list items are parallel. All list items should be the same type of sentence, e.g.:

  • Imperative
  • Interrogative
  • Declarative
  • Fragment completing the lead-in sentence.
