Here is a layout that can be used to establish the criteria for making qualitative assessments for multiple matrices. It's important to establish the criteria so that the matrices can be developed in the same manner, regardless of how many individuals are generating them; and then understood by an audience.
This layout is clean and easy to understand. Each row and column has its own unique classification and description. This chart isn't meant to be a "statement" slide, but a slide that establishes a common understanding for the material that is about to be developed/presented. Don't overlook this important step in development and presentation.
