Because the downloadable PowerPoint pages take on the attributes of the templates into which they are copied. This is a good thing because the frameworks take on all of your colors and preferences as soon as they are placed into your template. But, the downside is that any text fields that reside on the downloadable PowerPoint pages will default to your template's text defaults. This means that, for example, what is a 14-point font in the downloadable PowerPoint framework might turn into a 22-point font with bullets. This can be frightening if you don't know what's going on. Since you would probably have to format the text fields anyway, we thought it would be a cleaner process for you to bring in your text fields from scratch.
