RE050 – Relationship 050 – Cut Venns
Venns are used to show relationships between entities where there is a blending of attributes or functions. The center point or area where all entities intersect is the essence of the venn or area of focus. Notice on the 5-section venns how complicated the overlaps get. This can be used to show complication without filling in all of the overlapping areas.
These venns are are not full circles. They are circles that have been cut, so each overlap is a separate field. If you need venns that are comprised of full circles that are colored and then made semitransparent, please see RE002.
