Working with Frameworks
Animating ribbon and circular flows is tricky. What is the best way?
Animating flows is easy if the flow goes in only one direction. But the individual segments in ribbon flows and circular flows go in all sorts of directions. It takes time to animate each individual piece as a wipe; but, unfortunately, there are no shortcuts. To determine which direction to animate the wipe, look at the direction to which the end of the segment is pointing. That's the animation direction.
Revealing each segment as a fade in might be a good option if you don't want to take the time to animate individual sections in these frameworks.
